Turn down your water pressure at water valve about half way . Do this by counting how many turns it takes to turn it off then turn back on half as many.
References :
its called a flow restricting float in the faucet it thunks when you turn the water on slowing the flow down,
its a device some Idiot thinks we need to keep us from using too much water,
it,s like the 1.5 flush toilets , you have to flush them twice to get it to flush, there by using 3 gal of water again
References :
maint man
